Pathfinder Clubs in Singapore
In 2003, the Singapore Adventist Mission (SAM) nominated Jimmy Wee to be the SAM Pathfinder Director during the Triennial Session. With the backing of all the Pathfinder Directors and their associates, the SAM Pathfinder and Adventurer Day derived with all clubs celebrating these special days together like one big family. We have one common goal and that is – to be one in diversity.
The five Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs in Singapore comprised of the Chrysolite Club from Chuan Hoe Church, Eduro Club from Jurong SDA Church, Jireh Club from Thomson Chinese SDA Church, Orion Club from Maranatha SDA Church and Zuriel Club from Balestier SDA Church. In 2007, the Falcon Adventurer Club of SDA Community Church was formed by MG Mabel Ngui and is currently under the leadership of MG Tsen Thau Ming.
From then till now, the Pathfinder Clubs in Singapore have worked together, involving themselves with the community through sources like the Adventist Community Services (ACS) at Yuhua constituency and Lions Club for the Friendly Walks at Bishan.
The clubs with their representatives have attended pathfinder camporees over in Camp Kaizan at Johor (2003), Camp Chimkul at Bangkok (2004 and 2007) and one in Pathfinder and Adventurer Camporee in KL (2006). The next camporee with our Malaysian counterpart will be in Malaysia on Dec 11-14, 2008 and another Union-wide camporee in 2011, Sabah.

The Pathfinder Clubs exists only to serve the Lord through His people, carrying out the commission to spread “the Advent message to all the world in this generation” as our aim. God bless us all as we continue to give God the glory through the Pathfinder Ministry
Jimmy Wee
